Operating on Site
The creation and establishing of on-site Sales Offices is an important function of the sales process. This is often utilised by creating a Discovery Centre of Marketing Suite on site at the physical location of the project, and staffed by dedicated full time on-site sales personnel. In addition, a Discovery Centre may also include the creation and construction of a show village, with one or more typical unit styles and typologies being fully built, to scale and fully furnished in order to create an as-built situation for an off-plan sales and marketing campaign.
